Mass vaccination on PM’s birthday

The government held a mass drive to administer the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine to 7.5 million across Bangladesh on Tuesday, Sept 28, 2021, on the occasion of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s birthday. Those who received SMS confirming the centre and date got the vaccine from 9 am, but confusion was created when some centres at schools in Dhaka said the drive would begin after classes.
