Dengue cases rising in COVID pandemic

A rise in the number of dengue patients stokes fears among the residents of Dhaka amid the coronavirus pandemic. More than 600 patients with the mosquito-borne disease were undergoing treatment at the hospitals in the capital on Thursday, Jul 29, 2021 after record 194 patients were hospitalised in a day.
