Uncertainty over cattle sale

Traders brought more cattle to the markets in Dhaka on Tuesday, Jul 20, 2021, the eve of Eid-ul-Azha, than the previous days. Their anxiety grew as prices began dropping by the hour in the morning. Hesitations of the authorities to allow in-person trading after a coronavirus lockdown and fear of infections led customers to turn to online trading, causing sales to drop at the markets.
