Topi, attar sales 'down'

Usually, the sale of topi and attar increases during Ramadan and it continues until Eid-ul-Fitr in Dhaka. Dresses and other stuff are selling well this year despite a second wave of coronavirus infections that forced the government to impose a lockdown.
