Sufferings in waterlogged capital

Two days of incessant downpour under the influence of a low over the Bay of Bengal have brought the waterlogged city to a standstill. Commuters and pedestrians suffered the most as many Dhaka streets have gone under the knee to waist-deep water on Saturday.
