Rainbow Film Society will organise 9th Dhaka International Film Festival beginning from January 17 with the participation of around 200 films of 30 countries including Bangladesh.

Dhaka, Jan 14 (BDNEWS) – Rainbow Film Society will organise 9th Dhaka International Film Festival beginning from January 17 with the participation of around 200 films of 30 countries including Bangladesh.
Internationally renown filmmakers, journalists, film critics, artistes, actor-actress, countries distinguished personalities will to take part in the opening ceremony of the festival on the day at Shaheed Zia Auditorium of National Museum.
Foreign Affairs Minister M Morshed Khan is likely to be present at the opening ceremony and announce the inauguration of the festival.
The film festival will end on January 25, said a press release of Rainbow Film Society.
