In an interview with bdnews24.com on Sunday, she said the 'negative comments' on the issue has upset her, but ‘not very much’.
"Because I became champion on my own qualifications. They (organisers) didn't give me the crown for nothing. They did it through judging," she said.
Actress-singer Shampa Reza, one of the six judges, said the other judges were of the same opinion.
The result of the contest was manipulated during the announcement, and the girl declared the winner was not the judges' choice, she alleged.
Asked about her opinion on the Miss World 2017 pageant to be held in China in November, she said, "I am determined now. Some people are trying to undermine me. But I am still fighting, and I will prove myself."
“I will respond to the criticisms by becoming the champion in the Miss World contest," she added.
