The hosts, who lead the three-match series 1-0, have retained the same squad that beat the tourists by 28 runs in the first ODI at Dhaka’s Mirpur on Sunday.

However, Zimbabwe made one change to their line-up with left-arm batsman Elton Chigumbura replacing left-handed batsman Craig Ervine.

Bangladesh have so far won nine consecutive matches against Zimbabwe on the home ground and skipper Mashrafe was even more confident because they had never been beaten by Zimbabwe in Chattogram.

Teams:

Bangladesh

Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (C), Fazle Mahmud Rabbi, Mustafizur Rahman, Imrul Kayes, Mushfiqur Rahim (w), Mahmudullah, Mohammad Mithun, Nazmul Islam Apu, Liton Das, Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Mohammad Saifuddin.

Zimbabwe

Hamilton Masakadza (c), Cephas Zhuwao, Elton Chigumbura, Brendan Taylor (w), Sean Williams, Peter Moor, Sikandar Raza, Donald Tiripano, Brandon Mavuta, Kyle Jarvis and Tendai Chatara.
