ADN Telecom holds 15th AGM
A leading IT and telecommunication service provider of Bangladesh ADN Telecom Limited has held its 15th Annual General Meeting.

ADN Chairman Asif Mahmood presided over the AGM held in Dhaka on Tuesday.
Besides Managing Director Henry Hilton, directors Md Moinul Islam and Waqar Ahmad Choudhury, Independent Director Ghulam Rasool, and other shareholders and senior officials of the company were attended the AGM.
They discussed the firm’s achievements in the last fiscal year, business plans and strategic decisions throughout the session.
ADN offers seamless and secure connectivity with a wide range of data, voice, and internet services to its domestic and international clients through wireless, fibre and satellite connections.
During the fiscal year of 2017-18, the net revenue, gross profit and net profit of the company after tax rose by 10.97 percent, 16.60 percent and 12.93 percent, respectively, officials said at the meeting.
This year, the company has announced 6 percent cash dividend for its shareholders.
ADN is also expected to hit the share market shortly.
