SEAF Bangladesh Ventures relocates to Gulshan

The SEAF Bangladesh Ventures (SEAF BV) that helps new businesses grow has relocated its Dhaka office.
Taher Tower, 9th Floor, 10 Gulshan North Commercial Area is the new office of this investment company.
It provides those firms with finance that face difficulty in getting funds from banks and other traditional sources of financing but have strong growth potential.
Vipul Mankad, Global Investment Officer of Small Enterprise Assistance Fund (SEAF), along with two managing partners, Md Altaf Uz Zaman and Asif Mahmood Alam, of SEAF BV, inaugurated the new office on Thursday.
James Seymour, Fund Specialist from International Finance Corporation (IFC) and other executives of SEAF BV were also present on the occasion, the company said in a statement.
Launched in June 2010, SEAF BV is managed by SEAF Ventures Management LLC which is a spin-off of SEAF.
They partner with entrepreneurs to provide customised financial solutions and expert business assistance to growing SMEs in Bangladesh.
The target investment size for SEAF BV ranges from Tk10 million to Tk 80 million and the typical tenure is three to five years.
