He also paid homage to the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman during his recent visit, the embassy said on its Facebook page.
During the visit, he said, "…We will work together and carry forward this memory and legacy.”
The house at Dhanmondhi 32 is the place where Bangabandhu was assassinated along with most of his family members on the fateful night of Aug 15, 1975.
His daughters Sheikh Hasina, current prime minister, and Sheikh Rehana escaped the bloodbath because they were abroad at that time.
Miller, a career member of the US Senior Foreign Service, presented his credentials to President Md Abdul Hamid on Nov 29.
