Bangladesh President Abdul Hamid has expressed his heartfelt condolences over the death of beloved musician and guitarist Ayub Bachchu.

The president offered his prayers for the eternal peace of the departed soul and expressed his sympathy for Bachchu’s bereaved family members.
Bachchu, who popularised rock music in Bangladesh alongside his band LRB, was brought to Dhaka’s Square Hospital on Thursday, where the doctors declared him dead around 9:15am.
The singer, guitarist, lyricist and composer was 56 years old.
