Three workers die as truck falls into ditch in Jamalpur
At least three workers died while three others were injured after a truck plunged into a roadside ditch in Jamalpur.

The accident took place early Friday on Tarakandi-Bhuapur highway in Sarishabari Upazila, said Inspector Joaher Hossain Khan of Tarakandi police investigation centre.
The workers have been identified as Nasir Uddin, 50, Reaz Uddin, 45, and Abdur Barik, 49.
Nasir was a resident of the Upazila’s Putiapara neighbourhood. Reaz and Barik lived in Sancharpar.
Police took the injured to Sarishabari Upazila Health Complex. They are yet to be identified.
“The truck carrying workers went out of the driver’s control, overturned and fell into a roadside ditch,” said Khan.
The truck was going to Sarishabari Upazila from Dhaka’s Keraniganj.
