Fire at jute mill in Khulna guts warehouses
A fire has engulfed the warehouses of a jute mill in Khulna city.

Khanjahan Ali Police Station OC Md Liakat Ali said seven units of the Fire Service were working to douse the fire at privately-owned FR Jute Mill on Tuesday afternoon.
He said the fire originated at a warehouse where the mill stored yarn around 3:15pm and the fire spread to three more warehouses.
“It seems that the fire spared nothing in the warehouses,” he added.
Khulna Fire Service Deputy Director Md Abul Hossain said they were yet to find out how the fire started and how much damage it caused.
