Negotiations over the purchase will be held at the Army-2017 military technical forum, he told Russia's TASS news agency on Tuesday.
Representatives of the governments of Peru and Myanmar are also expected to take part in negotiations, he said.
Russian Defence Ministry plans to start selling MIG-35 fighter jets in 2018, said Tarasenko.
"We plan to discuss deliveries of MiG-35 planes. We have a lot of negotiations on the agenda. These are our usual regions: CIS, Southeast Asian countries, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Peru," he said.
Tarasenko said the talks are already underway.
MiG-35 jets are fourth generation multi-role fighters designed on the basis of the MiG-29K/KUB and MiG-29M/M2 aircraft, said the TASS report.
Flight tests for the MiG-35 started on Jan 26.
