Bus operators will sell tickets from their outlets across the capital, Soheil Talukder, chairman of Bangladesh Bus, Truck Owners' Association, told bdnews24.com on Saturday. "It will continue until the tickets are sold out."
Hanif Paribahan, one of the largest bus services, said their outlets in Dhaka city will sell advance tickets for all the destinations.
Tickets for three days starting Aug 29 will be the most sought-after by holidaymakers, said its Managing Director Mosharraf Hossain.
The Eid-ul-Azha may fall on Sept 1 or 2, depending on moon sighting.
