Sirat Parvin Mahmud is the sole suspect named in the case filed over her unnatural death, said Inspector Asmaul Haque of the Criminal investigation Department (CID).

She has been told not to leave the Rajshahi Islami Bank Medical College.

Twenty-year-old Raudha's dead body was found hanging from the ceiling fan of her room at the college's hall of residence on Mar 29.

A second autopsy has been ordered by court but there is still no decision on when her body will be exhumed, said Inspector Asmaul.

The formation of an autopsy board will decide the time of the exhumation, he said.

A three-member panel ruled her death as suicide within a day of the
autopsy being carried out on Mar 31.

Monsur Rahman, a retired chief of forensic medicine at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, had led the autopsy.

The others are retired RMCH forensics professor Emdadul Haque and Enamul Haque,
an RMCH associate professor.

But Monsur Rahman teaches part time at Raudha's college while Emdadul Haque is a regular instructor which was among the "causes of objection" by Raudha's physician father, said Inspector Asmaul.

"Raudha and Sifat Parvin Mahmud are both my students and they're foreigners. I have no reason to alter the findings of Raudha's autopsy," said Emdadul Haque.
