BIWTA Public Relations Officer Mobarak Hossain Majumder told bdnews24.com that the suspension will continue from 8:30pm on Saturday until further notice.

Different parts of the country, including the capital, have experienced rain due to the depression for the past two days.

The depression is likely to cross the coast on Sunday morning, the Met Office forecast.

The Met Office has advised to hoist Warning Signal No. 4 at the maritime ports instead of the earlier Local Cautionary Signal No. 3.
