Man hacked to death in Natore

A man has been battered and hacked to death in the northern district of Natore.
Local police have detained four persons for their suspected involvement in murder.
Thirty two-year-old Abdur Razzak’s body was recovered early Tuesday near the railway station in Yasinpur area, said Natore police OC Mizanur Rahman.

But the police could not verify his political affiliations.
Quoting locals, OC Rahman told bdnews24.com that Razzak went to Yasinpur area early in the morning.
His body was recovered when locals spotted it. “He was battered with iron bars and hacked with sharp weapons.”
OC Rahman said that they have detained four people for their suspected involvement with the murder—Nadim Hossain, 23, Momin Hossain, 32, Kamal Hossain, 26, and Mitthun Ali, 24.
