Moulvibazar Krishi Bank branch robbed
Robbers made off with more than Tk 600,000 from a bank in Moulvibazar.

Police have detained three guards of the state-owned Krishi Bank branch at the town’s Chowmuhana area for questioning.
Branch Manager Md Nazmul Islam said he found a window grill broken around 10pm on Tuesday after being informed by the guards.
“The vault was broken and Tk 626,110 in it was gone,” he said.
Police went to the spot at night to investigate.
Moulvibazar Model Police Station OC Abdus Salek said that three guards of the branch—
Mujahid Ahmed, Mansur Mia and Shafik Mia—had been detained for questioning.
