BTCL opens 24-hour call centre for customers in Dhaka
State-owned telecom company BTCL has launched a 24-hour call centre for customers' benefit.

Customers in Dhaka will be able to call the number 16402 and reach the BTCL (Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited) for enquiry, according to a company media release issued on Wednesday.
The release said the service would be extended beyond Dhaka in course of time.
Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) subscribers and customers of all mobile-phone operators other than Grameenphone would be able to access the service, the release said.
It added that Grameenphone customers would also get the service once the operator initiates the ‘16402’ short code.
