Election Commission spokesperson SM Asaduzzaman on Thursday said anyone could use the service from Saturday by sending SMS to 16103 from mobile phone.
Election to the Dhaka North and South and Chittagong city corporations will be held on Apr 28.

There are over six million voters in the cities.
Asaduzzaman told reporters that those having 17-digit national ID numbers had to send ‘PC+space+NID number’ to 16103.
The sender will receive the voter number and polling centre information in a return SMS.
Voters having 13-digit NID have to send ‘PC+space+four-digit birthday+NID number’.
Asaduzzaman said new voters, who were yet to receive the NID, could also cast their votes.
