CCL liaises with government, donors, research, and training bodies across Bangladesh to help implement their business plans.
Under the project, the Sheikh Hasina Youth Development Centre at Savar will be developed into the “central hub of activities” related to youth skill development and employment.
This centre will be digitally connected with other divisional headquarters.
“Qualified youth will be trained on high-demand jobs,” CCL said in a statement.
Besides, international and national job fairs will be held to promote their skills.
The CCL will coordinate dialogue between Malaysian and UAE governments to identify their expectations, challenges, and identify areas of improvement for Bangladeshi skilled labour.
They will also provide a “comprehensive” range of support to the youth department to complete its various activities over the next three years.
Director General of Department of Youth Development Anwarul Karim, and Managing Director of CCL Tahia Khalil signed the MoU on Monday.
CCL Chief Adviser Dr Ishtiaque Zaman was present, among others.
