Dhaka, June 1 (bdnews24.com)—Bangladesh will introduce Daylight Saving Time from midnight on June 19, the government announced Monday.
Clocks will go ahead one hour at midnight to 1am, meaning the sun will set 'an hour later' on June 20.
The government is introducing DST, as practiced in many countries around the world, in a bid to save power.
