Bangladesh win silver in Asia Cup Archery

Bangladesh team has ended their Asia Cup Archery World Ranking Tournament, Stage 2, with a silver, losing to Russia in the final at Bangkok in Thailand.

They lost to Russia (6-0) in the final in recurve division, Bangladesh Archery Federation (BAF) said in a press release issued on Saturday.

Earlier, in the semi-final, Bangladesh men’s team defeated India (5-4) in the men’s event.

Bangladesh archers had defeated China (5-4) in the team event to reach the quarterfinal and then trounced Chinese Taipei (6-0) to enter semi-final, the BAF said.
