Khaleda opens photo exhibition on Ziaur Rahman

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has inaugurated a photo exhibition to commemorate her husband and party founder Ziaur Rahman.

Former president Ziaur Rahman’s 34th death anniversary was on Saturday.

Khaleda began handing food packets to destitute people in front of Gulshan’s DCC Market on Sunday. 

She then moved on to Mohakhali, Shahinbagh, FDC intersection during
programmes organised by her party’s associate organisations.

Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal organised the exhibition at the National Press Club where 104 photographs are displayed. 

Taken during military ruler Zia’s regime as president, they featured
world leaders and Khaleda who used to accompany him on his tours.

The BNP chief inaugurated the exhibition around 1:30pm Sunday.
