Chief Justice Md Muzammel Hossain-led five-strong Bench on Sunday fixed the new date after hearing a plea by the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC).
Supreme Court's vacation Chamber Judge Md Abdul Wahhab Miah on Oct 14 fixed Nov 27 for hearing Khaleda's plea by a regular bench.
The High Court on Apr 23 scrapped the BNP chief's plea challenging her indictment in the ACC case.
She filed a leave to appeal -- the procedure for requesting the court’s permission to hear an appeal -- against the High Court decision on July 7.
However, the ACC on Oct 16 requested the court to bring forth the hearing in Khaleda's plea.
The Chamber Judge then forwarded the matter to the Appellate Division.
In 2008, the ACC prosecuted six people, including Khaleda and her son Tarique Rahman, for allegedly embezzling Tk 22 million that came as grant from a foreign bank for orphans.
Charges were pressed against them two years later.
A Dhaka court on Mar 19 indicted the BNP chief in the case.
She then moved the High Court challenging charge framing and legality of the judge's appointment.
