Fakhrul should see a doctor, says Mahmud
Awami League leader Hasan Mahmud said the BNP’s Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir was ‘attacking’ him over a ‘bogus’ news.

It has been spread in the social media that Mahmud has allegedly stated that BNP has links to the Israeli Army which was killing Palestinians in Gaza.

“Fakhrul should be taken to a doctor”, said Mahmud, Awami League’s publicity secretary at a discussion at Dhaka Reporters Unity on Wednesday.
“He (Mahmud) said BNP has a hand in the attack on Palestinians. Only an insane person can say that. They are talking like a foolish boy,” BNP’s acting Secretary General Fakhrul had said speaking at another discussion on Tuesday.
He, however, claimed that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s government was acting like Israel to suppress opposing views.
Both BNP and Awami League have condemned the ongoing attacks by Israel on Gaza.
