The JaSaD leader died at a Dhaka hospital on Friday morning, his family said
On Tuesday Khaleda Zia attended an iftar hosted by Bikalpadhara Bangladesh (BDB), where she hinted at tough movements after Eid for early elections.
“We’re passing through a great crisis. The shameless and the corrupt are united. Under these circumstances, we have to forget left-right, Hindu-Muslim and unite to protect democracy and the nation,” she said.
“There is not a single good person in this government. Remember the man who was dubbed shameless by the artist Kamrul Hasan...he is with them too,” Khaleda said.
