Chef Special: Two Salads

Naorose Bin Ali, the executive chef at Dhaka's Brazil Churrasco restaurant has given the following two recipes.

These salads are not only healthy but easy to make, that too in no time! Bon Appétit!


Fresh Garden Salad
Ingredients
100 gram Cucumber, julienne cut
100 gram Tomato, julienne cut
100 gram Carrot, julienne cut
2 Lettuce, torn into bits
Coriander Leaf for garnish
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
25 ml balsamic vinegar
75 ml extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Direction
Peel and wash the vegetables.
In another bowl, take a whisk and mix balsamic vinegar with extra virgin olive oil.
Put the vegetables on a bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and garnish it with coriander leaf.
Tangy Beef Bacon Crunch Potato Salad
Ingredients
100 gram Potatoes, boiled and crashed
3 Tablespoon Garlic Mayonnaise
20 ml of Lemon Juice
20 gram Coriander Leaves, chopped for garnish
Few rashes of Beef Bacon, chopped for garnish
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Direction
Mix the potatoes, garlic mayonnaise, lemon juice with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and beef bacon.
