The young Bangladesh sensation has turned heads in the Indian Premier League this edition.

Taking five wickets in four matches for the Sunrisers Hyderabad, Mustafizur has left IPL's world class batsmen beaten and confused while the critics and commentators keep heaping praises on him.

In the match against Gujarat Lions on Thursday night, Mustafizur gave away just 19 runs in 4 overs in which he bambazooled Ravindra Jadeja with a slower. He also teased dashing Brendon McCullum with cutters.

"The more you see Mustafizur… he will keep producing something great in the next moment – a lot like Sergey Bubka, who constantly broke his own records," Wilkins said during the commentary on Thursday.

Bubka, who won six consecutive world championships, broke the world record for men's pole vaulting a staggering 35 times. Among them he broke his own record 14 times.

Former Australian opener Mathew Hayden, too, was left singing Mustafizur’s praises.

"He is an extraordinary talent. (He has) such variations in his hand, he does not at all allow any batsman to be set, not even McCullum.

Sitting beside him in the commentary box, former Kiwi pacer Danny Morrison replied, "Now we need to see, how much further he can go from here."
