Pakistan, led by their new captain, Azhar Ali, suffered comprehensive defeats in the first two ODIs, losing their first-ever series to Bangladesh.

Yousuf came down hard on the board officials and the team management.

"I blame all the board officials, the coaches at the national cricket academy, who have done nothing to develop new players and the team management, especially national team head coach Waqar Younis," he was quoted as saying by the Press Trust of India on Tuesday.

Yousuf, however, does not blame Azhar or the players. He thinks the team had been led to their current situation by ‘wrong decision’ over the past months.

After losing the first two matches, Waqar said that his players had ‘issues’ in their approach.

Yousuf, however, insisted Waqar himself had attitude issues, causing a crisis in the team.

Yousuf complained that people in team management were not doing what was required of them and that they had failed to motivate the players.

Pakistan faces Bangladesh in the third and final ODI at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Wednesday with the hope of preventing a whitewash.
