The hosts, who won the four-day series 2-0, sealed the limited-over series 2-1 with the 31-run win in the third match on Wednesday.

Bangladesh posted a modest 239 all out after electing to bat first at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatulla.

Marshall was the top scorer for the hosts with 57 off 78 balls that included six boundaries.

Liton Das scored 46, while Farhad Reza and Mosaddek Hossain added 32 and 25 respectively.

Taurai Muzarabani picked up four wickets for the tourists.

In reply, Zimbabwe scored 208 for eight in their 50 overs.

Malcolm Waller’s 52-run innings could not steady the tourists' ship as they lost eight wickets for 164.

Although Luke Jongwe (35) and Tafadzwa Kamungozi (17) put up a resistance in the final overs, their 44-run stand only minimized the deficit.

Mominul Haque and Sohag Gazi bagged two wickets each for Bangladesh.
