Shakib to lead Gazi Tank
Shakib Al Hasan has joined defending champions Gazi Tank Cricketers on the final day of the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League player transfer.

He will lead the side which also include the likes of Tamim Iqbal and Rubel Hossain.
The all-rounder had been slapped with a six month ban on July 7 due to ‘disciplinary issues’ but was later cleared to play domestic and international cricket from Sep 15 following his appeal to the board.
The 27-year-old, drafted into the pool of national team players, completed his transfer on Thursday.
“We’ll try our best to defend the title. Everyone in the side has the ability to play good cricket. But we have to do that out in the middle,” Shakib said.
