Robiul Islam and Shafiul Islam have also been drafted into the side for the two-match series.

Pace duo Mashrafe Bin Mortaza and Taskin Ahmed and spinner Abdur Razzak will return home after playing the one-off Twenty20 in the Caribbean, the board said in a media statement on Monday.

Taijul has already joined the Tigers in the West Indies to play the T20 game while Robiul, Shafiul and Shuvagata will be leaving home Monday night.

Right-arm medium pacer Robiul picked up 23 wickets in the eight Tests he has played so far while Shafiul, who played his last Test back in 2011, took only eight wickets from six Tests.

Taijul or Shuvagata is expected to be Razzak’s replacement in the Tigers’ spin department.
