Bangladesh’s ULAB ties up with Nepal's AIDIA for education, research development

The University of Liberal Arts Bangaladesh (ULAB) has tied up with the Nepal-based think-tank the Asian Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs (AIDIA) for education and research development.

The private university’s Vice-Chancellor Prof Imran Rahman and AIDIA founder and CEO Sunil KC signed a MoU on Sunday in Dhaka.

AIDIA said they would cooperate and exchange information and opinions on topics related to diplomacy, politics, economy, social and peace studies, among others.

They will work to start a Bangla Language Center in Kathmandu to promote language and cultural relations between the countries.

Under the collaboration, they will work for joint research projects, and host summer as well as winter camps in Nepal.

The AIDIA founder told bdnews24.com that they would also assist ULAB in setting up a campus in Nepal.
