The three were brought to the hospital from the Kutupalong refugee camp on Wednesday night.

They have been identified as Taslima (30), and Mohammad Abdullah (22), who were struck by bullets, and Md Abul Kashem, 80, who was stabbed.

Taslima was struck by bullets on her left arm and left leg, while Abdullah was struck on the left leg, said Chittagong Medical Police Outpost ASI Alauddin Talukdar told bdnews24.com.

They were all transferred from the hospital in the camp run by Médecins Sans Frontières for advanced treatment during the night, the police said.

A fresh influx of Rohingya refugees has crossed into Bangladesh after insurgents attacked as many as 30 police outposts and a military camp in Myanmar’s Rakhine State on Aug 24.

A total of 103 Rohingyas have been admitted to CMCH in the days since, most wounded in gunfire and explosions. Two of them have died.
