Five die in head-on collision between buses in Pabna
Five people have been killed and another 24 injured as two buses collided head-on in Pabna.

The accident occurred around 10am on the Dhaka-Pabna Highway in Shujanagar Upazila, said local Police Station OC Obaidul Haq.
Police have yet to identify the victims.
A Shyamoli Transport bus headed from Pabna to Dhaka collided with a Saddam Transport bus headed from Shirajganj to Pabna, said Shujanagar Circle Assistant Superintendent of Police Rabiul Islam.
“Both buses crashed into roadside ditches after the collision. Five died instantly.”
The wounded have been admitted to Pabna Sadar Hospital, he said.
