A High Court bench issued the rule on Monday following a public litigation suit filed by two lawyers.

One of the petitioners, Noor Muhammad Azmi, told bdnews24.com that the home secretary, science and technology secretary, BTRC chairman and secretary, inspector general of police and Dhaka Metropolitan Police commissioner were given two weeks to respond to the rule.

"This is harassment at public places. They (pranksters) secretly shoot the videos, upload those on YouTube and earn money through it," he said.
