Ziauddin briefs Congressman Chabot on Bangladesh's counter-terrorism efforts

Bangladesh Ambassador to the United States Mohammad Ziauddin has met Republican Congressman Steve Chabot and his aides at Capitol Hill and discussed counter-terrorism, women empowerment and duty-free market access issues.

During the Thursday meeting, the ambassador handed to the Congressman some information notes related to those issues, the Bangladesh embassy in Washington said.

Chabot from Ohio is the Member of the House Foreign Affairs Sub Committee on Asia and the Pacific and also a member of the House Judiciary Committee.
