Feni man arrested on charges of raping colleague
Police in Feni have arrested a man on charges of raping his colleague.

Omar Faruq Manik, an intern at the Al-Arafah Islami Bank's agent banking wing, was arrested on Monday from Sonagazi Upazila, said police.
Sonagazi police OC Humayun Kabir said the 28-year-old had been in a relation with a female colleague, but started to avoid her when she pressed for marraige.
"Faruq went to her place on Monday night and attempted to rape her. Neighbours nabbed him after hearing the girl scream and handed him over to police," he said.
He was shown arrested after the victim filed a case under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act.
The victim has been sent to the state-run hospital in Feni for medical tests, OC Humayun said.
