Ten police officers in Chittagong Metropolitan Police transferred
Chittagong Metropolitan Police has transferred 10 of its assistant commissioners to new posts.

Seven of them will take up the new duties after receiving training.
Chittagong Police Commissioner Iqbal Bahar issued the order on Sunday, said Additional Deputy-Commissioner (public relations) Anwar Hossain.
Asif Mohiuddin has been appointed DB assistant commissioner, Debdut Majumder takes the post of staff officer, Kamran Hossain has been transferred to the traffic department, Md Atikuzzaman has been appointed assistant commissioner (MT), Pankaj Barua will oversee accounts, Md Ashikur Rahman has been transferred to the crime division and Nobel Chakma will take charge of ‘supply’ as assistant commissioner.
Detective Branch’s Assistant Commissioner (port) Alok Biswas has been appointed assistant commissioner of police (ICT).
Assistant Commissioner (crime) Abdul Mabud has been appointed assistant commissioner (CTSB) and Staff Officer ABM Foyzul Islam has been appointed assistant commissioner of the Double Mooring zone of the port city.
