Body of the Burhiganga boat capsize victim found after three days
Body of a young man, who had gone missing following a boat capsize in Burhiganga River three days ago, has been found.

The body of Goutam Chandra Roy, 28, was spotted floating in the river in Kaotail area of South Keraniganj on Saturday night, Hasnabad river police Sub-Inspector Md Shamsul Alam told bdnews24.com.
Roy, a resident of Dhaka’s Wari, went missing after a boat carrying him and his nephew ‘Subroto’ capsized in the river on Wednesday night. They were crossing the river.
Fire Service divers retrieved Subroto’s body from the river in Postogola area on Friday evening.
SI Alam said that Roy and Subroto were photographers by profession. They ran a video recording studio at Noyabari in Old Dhaka.
Roy’s body was handed over to his family without any autopsy, he added.
