The three-member tribunal led by Justice Anwarul Haque announced the date on Thursday.

The accused are Sheikh Md Abdul Mojid alias Mojid Maolana, Abdul Khaleque Talukder, Md Kabir Khan, Abdus Salam Beg and Nuruddin alias Roddin.

Abdur Rahman is in jail while the rest are on the run.
Prosecutor Sabina Yasmin Munni told bdnews24.com that the fugitives did not show up despite an order published in newspapers.
Abdur Rahman’s counsel Gazi Tamim was appointed lawyer for the five fugitives.
Freedom fighter Abdul Kadir filed the case in 2013 over the murder of his elder brother Abdul Khaleque in Barhha village in August 1971. The case was later transferred to the ICT.
The investigation report was submitted on Mar 16 this year.
The six have been charged with seven counts of crimes against humanity, including murder, mass killing, abduction, rape and torture during the 1971 Liberation War.
Abdur Rahman was arrested in Netrokona on Aug 12 last year after the tribunal issued warrants for him.
All the accused were members of the Razakar group during the war, according to prosecution.
