They are ‘Musa’, ‘Rashed’, ‘Nabi’, ‘Shajahan’ and ‘Kalu’.

Police believe they were directly involved in the brutal June 5 killing.

Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) sent the message on the ban to all land and airports of Bangladesh on Wednesday.

Several police officers said Motaleb Mia Wasim and Anwar Hossain, two detainees who had ‘taken part in the murder’, admitted that the five persons were involved in the killing.

After the arrest of Wasim and Anwar on Saturday, the CMP commissioner said seven people had carried out the murder.

Wasim shot Mitu, they said quoting the duo.

Superintendent of Police Babul Aktar’s wife Mitu was hacked with sharp weapons and shot in the head, while she was on her way to drop her son at a bus stop for school.
