EC withdraws presiding officer after finding sealed ballots on vote eve
The Election Commission has withdrawn a presiding officer of a union council voting centre after finding 1,328 ballot papers had been sealed on the eve of the balloting.

Kushtia Election Officer Nawabul Islam said Returning Officer Sukhen Kumar Paul withdrew Ashraf Uddin, the presiding officer of West Abdalpur High School centre, on Friday.
Abdalpur Union Parishad in Kushtia Sadar is going to election along with 702 other UPs in the fourth phase on Saturday.
