The foreign ministry on Tuesday said the Prince received Ali at the headquarters of the Foundation and they discussed on the modalities of future cooperation.

Ali was visiting Saudi Arabia, from Apr 24 to Apr 26, to attend a discussion on the life of former Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal.

The King Abdullah International Foundation initiated projects to give support to Bangladesh after the cyclone “Sidr” that devastated southern Bangladesh.

They built shelters for the flood refugees and schools for children.

They also worked for the rehabilitation of the local people, and assisted farmers, small entrepreneurs and low-income people to rebuild their productive capital.

The King Abdullah Foundation oversaw and supervised the implementation of the project in cooperation with Islamic Development Bank.
