Bangladesh High Commission in Sri Lanka welcomes Bangla New Year
The Bangladesh High Commission in Sri Lanka has welcomed the Bangla New Year with “great enthusiasm and festivity” in Colombo.

Bangladesh expatriates in Sri Lanka and the officials and family members of the High Commission took part in the celebration on Thursday, which was marked by cultural performances and serving of traditional Bangladeshi delicacies.
High Commissioner Tarik Ahsan wished everyone a happy and prosperous life, the high commission says.
