Road accident kills cyclist in capital
A cyclist has been killed in a road accident in Dhaka’s Gulshan.

Police said the a human hauler hit the cycle he was on in front of the DCC Market in Gulshan-1 around 10:30pm on Thursday.
The victim, identified as ‘Arif’, 25, was taken to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital about two hours later. Doctors there pronounced him dead.
Police at the DMCH, quoting family sources, said Arif, a construction worker from Barguna, lived in Dhaka’s Badda.
He was returning home from work when the accident occurred.
