Two people at Chittagong’s Satkania have been hospitalised on Sunday night with gunshot injuries.

Police said Md Faruq and Md Shahjahan were shot around 9pm at Satkania’s Charati Union and were now being treated at the Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
Both of them are involved with the local unit of the ruling Awami League’s youth font, Juba League.
Satkania police OC Farid Uddin Khondokar said that the two were attacked while they were returning home on a motorbike.
Locals have nabbed one of the suspects and handed him over to the police, said the OC. “We suspect the attack was motivated by a personal feud.”
